You will lead initiative across a variety of projects, including digital project design, digital media launches, and brand campaign development.
Job Description
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, developers, and marketing to create designs that align with client needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project estimates by gathering key information such as scope, timelines, budgets, and required resources to help set projects up for success.
- Support weekly project profitability reporting and assist with resource planning to ensure projects stay on track financially and team workloads are balanced.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes or grow accounts, and contribute ideas that support practical, effective solutions.
- Maintain and update production calendars and budgets, ensuring deadlines are realistic and milestones are clearly communicated.
- Work closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, and development to make sure projects are completed on time and within approved budgets.
- Track deliverable deadlines and support internal review processes to ensure work is accurate and ready for client presentation.
- Act as a point of contact between departments to support clear communication and help resolve questions or blockers as they arise.

- Understand client needs and help translate them into clear internal updates and next steps for the team.
- Organize and lead internal and client meetings when needed, and provide clear, actionable notes outlining decisions and next steps.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience (agency experience is an asset).
- Strong understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed project plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
- Capable of meeting deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision.
- Proven results and track record in prioritizing competing projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Confident and comfortable acting as a product owner.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with extremely strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience.
